CEO video messages and leadership updates

Produced for your teams, in the leader’s own voice or a directed one. One message becomes audio, captioned video and a vertical cut.

  • Audio
  • Captioned video
  • Vertical cut
  • Language versions
A leader in headphones reads his message in the booth while the director presses talkback.

When the message has to come from the top.

Results, a reorganisation, a new strategy, a thank-you after a hard quarter. Some messages lose their weight when they arrive as an email from the comms team.

A leadership update puts the leader’s voice, and often their face, on the message, at a length people finish on a phone.

Used for

  • Quarterly results and strategy updates
  • Reorganisations and change announcements
  • A thank-you after a launch or a hard period
  • A first message from a new CEO or country lead

Example

Example: a Monday update.

The briefBefore the week starts, the CEO wants to share three things: the quarter’s priorities, a new site opening and a thank-you to the night shift.

Illustrative example for a fictional company, the same one as in the demo on the home page.

What was delivered

  • Audio master

For the intranet and podcast apps, mixed for phones.

  • Captioned 16:9 video

For the town hall screen and the intranet, readable with the sound off.

  • 9:16 vertical cut

Just the thank-you, for phones and break-room screens.

  • The sign-off in other languages

Agreed around the audience. In the demo, six.

Then the voice is directed.

The script is marked for the ear: a pause where the listener needs a beat, the key word last. One line, three intentions:

  • Thanking the teamsWarm. Soft voice, a smile.
  • Sharing the resultsCorporate. Lower, closed phrasing.
  • Announcing a launchEnergetic. Bright, lively pace.

Your part

What we start from.

  • A script or a few bullet points

We shape it for the ear before anyone records.

  • A recording the leader already made

We clean it, edit it and caption it.

  • A short slot in the leader’s diary

In the studio or remotely, with a session guide so the time is used well.

Timing

You get a timeline with the quote, before you commit to anything.

Languages

The sign-off, or the whole message, in every language and accent your teams need, voiced by real talent. The demo’s sign-off runs in English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese and Italian.

Questions

Before you get in touch.

Can our CEO’s own voice be used?

Yes. We record them in the studio or remotely with a session guide. A synthetic version of anyone’s voice is only made with their written consent.

How long should a CEO video message be?

Long enough for one idea, short enough to finish on a phone. We agree the length with the script; when there is more to say, a short series works better than one long piece.

Do we need to film in the office?

Not always. Audio and many video updates can be recorded remotely. When the setting is part of the message, we plan a short shoot there.

The leader’s voice or a professional voice?

Personal messages usually work best in the leader’s own voice. Recurring updates can use a directed AI or professional voice. We recommend an approach per project and tell you how every piece is made.

How do you handle confidential information?

Results and reorganisations are often shared internally before they are public. We agree confidentiality, access to materials and private delivery with you before the brief is shared.

What’s your next message?

Tell us who it’s for, what you need to communicate and when you need it. We’ll come back with the approach and the scope.
