Subtitles and closed captions: when it fits.
Captions make video usable in loud rooms, quiet offices and for people who are deaf or hard of hearing. Subtitles carry a video into another language. Both must be accurate and well timed.
We produce them from a checked transcript, not from automatic output alone.
Typical uses
- Closed captions for every internal video
- Subtitles in several languages for one video
- Burned-in captions for social and kiosk screens
- Caption files for a video platform

Questions
Before you get in touch.
What is the difference between subtitles and captions?
Captions transcribe speech and sound for people who cannot hear it. Subtitles translate speech for viewers who do not speak the language.
Do you use automatic captions?
We may start from automatic output, then review every line. We do not deliver unreviewed machine captions.
Which file formats?
Common caption formats and burned-in versions. Tell us your platform and we match it.
