A short daily video or audio that gives a team the three things it needs to know before work starts.

Daily huddle video: when it fits.
A daily huddle is short by design. A recorded opening means the facts are the same for every team and the live time is for questions.
We design a fixed structure, so a supervisor can produce it in minutes.
Typical uses
- Priorities and targets for the day
- Quality or safety reminders
- News from head office that affects the shift
- Recognition for yesterday's work
What shapes the result.
- StructureThree points: what changed, what to watch, what to do.
- ConsistencyThe same format each day makes it easy to follow and to prepare.
- OwnershipThe supervisor owns the content. We provide the format and polish.
- TimeUnder three minutes, so the huddle starts on time.

Nothing reaches your teams until you approve it.

Delivery standards

- WAV 48 kHz / 24-bit for future edits and versions.
- Captions for recorded media
- Following WCAG 2.2, criterion 1.2.2, for people watching without sound.
- Checked before delivery
- Technical, listening and script checks on every piece.
Questions
Before you get in touch.
Is it a replacement for a live huddle?
No. It opens the huddle with the same facts for all teams and leaves time for conversation.
Who makes the daily recording?
A supervisor or a central team. We set up a template and can polish recordings if needed.
Can it be audio only?
Yes. Audio is often easier on sites without screens.
