Executive communications video: when it fits.
Executive communications is the work of deciding what a senior leader says, when, to whom and in what voice. Video and audio carry it further than a memo, but only if the message is short, specific and sounds like the person.
We write with the leader and their comms lead, direct the delivery and prepare every version the company needs.
Typical uses
- Quarterly strategy and results updates
- A first hundred days message from a new executive
- Leader-led answers to the questions staff keep asking
- A recorded message for a regional leadership team
What shapes the result.
- VoiceThe leader's own voice is the default for personal messages. A directed voice suits recurring updates and is always disclosed.
- LengthOne idea per piece. When there is more to say, a short series beats one long recording.
- ApprovalA named approver signs the script and the cut, so nothing reaches staff that the executive has not heard.
- ConfidentialityMaterial is shared only with the people you name, and files are delivered privately.
What we make
What we make.
Message design
We turn the leader's points into a script they would actually say, in their register.
Directed delivery
Recording sessions with a guide, remote or in a studio, so the take sounds natural rather than read.
Versions
A captioned video, an audio cut and a vertical clip, plus versions in the languages your teams need.

Checked before it reaches your teams.
Standards we apply to every piece, and the commitments we make before you send anything.
- Know how it’s made
We tell you whether each piece uses an AI voice or a human one.
- Reviewed before delivery
Nothing reaches your teams until you approve it.
- Confidential from the start
We agree confidentiality, access to materials and private delivery with you before we start.
Delivery standards
- Consistent loudness
- −16 LUFS for podcast platforms, true peak ≤ −1 dBTP, so episodes don’t jump in volume.
- A master you can reuse
- WAV 48 kHz / 24-bit for future edits and versions.
- Captions for recorded media
- Following WCAG 2.2, criterion 1.2.2, for people watching without sound.
- Checked before delivery
- Technical, listening and script checks on every piece.
Questions
Before you get in touch.
Does the executive have to read from a script?
No. We shape the script around how they speak, and when they prefer bullet points we direct them through a conversational take.
Can the same message go to every country?
Yes. One master recording, then versions with captions or voices in the languages your teams use.
Is this the same as a CEO video message?
A CEO message is one executive's piece for the whole company. This page covers the wider programme: every leader, a calendar and a consistent voice.
