Cruise line internal communications
Training and briefings for crews who live and work on ships, in many languages and with limited connectivity.
Cruise line internal communications: how people hear.
Cruise crews are international, work long contracts and have limited bandwidth. Training must be safe, clear and light on data.
We produce files that work offline and in several languages.
Typical uses

What is specific to the sector.

How it works
From your brief to delivered files.
You send the brief
Audience, message and the source material you already have. We ask only what the piece needs.
We direct and produce
Script, voice or on-screen talent, edit and versions, checked against your brief before anything reaches you.
You receive the files
Delivered privately in the formats your channels need, with captions and every language version agreed.
What you can hold us to
Checked before it reaches your teams.
Standards we apply to every piece, and the commitments we make before you send anything.
- Know how it’s made
We tell you whether each piece uses an AI voice or a human one.
- Reviewed before delivery
Nothing reaches your teams until you approve it.
- Confidential from the start
We agree confidentiality, access to materials and private delivery with you before we start.
Delivery standards
- Consistent loudness
- −16 LUFS for podcast platforms, true peak ≤ −1 dBTP, so episodes don’t jump in volume.
- A master you can reuse
- WAV 48 kHz / 24-bit for future edits and versions.
- Captions for recorded media
- Following WCAG 2.2, criterion 1.2.2, for people watching without sound.
- Checked before delivery
- Technical, listening and script checks on every piece.
Questions
Before you get in touch.
Do you cover maritime safety training?
We produce supporting material from your approved content. Regulated training remains with your accredited providers.
Do you need access to our systems or sites?
No. You send the brief and the material, and we deliver files. Where filming on site helps, we agree access, safety rules and confidentiality first.
Can the same content be made in other languages?
Yes. Real voice talent is available in every language and accent, and directed AI voices are used where they suit the message. See the language pages for what changes in each.
