Behind-the-scenes video: when it fits.

Behind-the-scenes content builds understanding between teams. It works when it is curious, specific and a little imperfect.

We film in the places people do not normally see and keep the story clear.

Typical uses

  • A tour of how a product is built
  • The work of a team others rarely see
  • The preparation for a launch or event
  • A day in operations for the head office

What shapes the result.

  • AccessWe agree with the site what can be filmed and what cannot.
  • StoryOne thread, such as how a thing goes from order to delivery.
  • VoicesThe people doing the work explain it.
  • SafetyWe follow site safety rules and keep sensitive areas out.

Questions

Before you get in touch.

Is it suitable for internal and external use?

It can be both, but we agree the uses before filming so permissions and content are right.

Do people have to be on camera?

No. We can also film hands, machines and spaces with voice-over from the team.

How long is the finished film?

Usually a few minutes, with shorter clips for channels that prefer them.

What’s your next message?

Tell us who it’s for, what you need to communicate and when you need it. We’ll come back with the approach and the scope.
