Day in the life video: when it fits.
People understand a role better when they see a day. A day-in-the-life video is credible when the person is real, the day is ordinary and nothing is staged.
We film and edit lightly, with the person's agreement on what is shown.
Typical uses
- Showing new hires what the first week looks like
- Introducing a role that is hard to explain
- Helping staff understand another team
- Showing a typical shift in a safety-critical job
What shapes the result.
- OrdinaryAn ordinary day with its difficult moments is more useful than a highlight reel.
- ConsentThe person decides what is shown. We agree it in writing.
- NarrationThe person tells us what they are doing, in their own words.
- FormatA short main film and a few clips for different channels.

Questions
Before you get in touch.
Is this for employees or for recruiting?
Both. We make it first for internal use, then adapt it for recruiting with written permission.
How long does filming take?
Usually a day or part of one. We plan the shot list with the person first.
Do you need to film on a shift?
Only when the setting matters. Often a few hours covering key moments are enough.
